Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Alfresco Dining Company.
However, if you do want to return an item for whatever reason, it must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase in its original new condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. If tags have been removed or the item used, damaged, marked, scratched or contaminated with pet hair etc we will not be able to accept the return.
Christmas Return Policy
To help make your festive shopping worry-free, we’ve extended our returns period for the Christmas season.
Items purchased from 1st November 2025 can be returned until 16th January 2026. All other standard returns terms and conditions continue to apply.
Notice that you intend to return an item must be made via email sales@alfrescodiningcompany.co.uk or telephone 01223 944184 stating your order number, you will then be given a returns number.
When returning your item, you must ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit. You are responsible for the item until it has been received and inspected by our customer service team.
The cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility. We strongly advise you to send items via a tracked postal service as we are unable to provide a refund where the item is not received by us.

Items that are returned and received by us after the 28 day return period will not be refunded. (Except if purchased during the extended Christmas return policy - See above)
We will refund you the price paid for the item returned we do not refund delivery charges, and aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Faulty Goods / Errors
We work carefully to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition.
In the event that your item has arrived damaged or if there is a fault with the item you have received, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to advise. We will contact you to discuss replacement of the item or component part. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 3 days from date of delivery.
