Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving your order Monday - Friday.
To help work towards saving the planet, we reuse and recycle as much packaging as we can from the deliveries we receive from our suppliers. This can include a variety of box sizes and various wrapping to protect your purchase.
Parcels may require a signature on delivery. The courier will make two delivery attempts, if the delivery has been unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned, and redelivery costs will be incurred by the customer.

Standard deliveries can take 2-5 working days following dispatch.
A working day is classed as Monday - Friday
Some areas of the Scottish Highlands and remote areas can take up to 5 days following dispatch.
